After the works are completed and the object is handed over to the Customer, the warranty period for the completed work comes into force, as a rule, not less than 12 months. We provide maintenance services for engineering systems, at the request of the client, from the very beginning of the operation of the facility. After the end of the warranty period, we sign a post-warranty service agreement with the Customer.

The service contract includes:

• standard clauses concerning the service object
• a list of systems that require regular service work
• cost of services and payment terms
• frequency of technical inspection and routine repairs of utility networks
• carrying out additional work not included in the basic service plan
• responsibility, rights and obligations of the parties
• contract term and other terms and conditions
