A contract is a document that regulates legal relations between the parties, defining the main provisions of cooperation, responsibility, rights and obligations of the parties.
We always consider the Customer's wishes when drafting the contract and try to find a compromise option that satisfies both parties.
Also, it is essential to understand that there are legal requirements regarding the conditions of construction work, the degree of responsibility of the general contractor at the construction site, therefore such clauses are always mandatory for signing the contract.
As a rule, the general contract agreement specifies in detail:
- List of works to be performed
- Start and end dates
- Cost of works
- Conditions for organizing construction, in accordance with current legislation
- Conditions and terms of construction materials supply, equipment rental
- Conditions of engagement of subcontractors
- Duties, rights and responsibilities of the parties
The standard annexes to the general contract are the commercial estimate, the acceptance certificate for the work performed and the certificate of the cost of the works. Since we work exclusively openly, design and estimate documentation is maintained in licensed software in accordance with state building codes and standards.
The conclusion of the Agreement is one of the elements of a reliable foundation for future relations.
