After completion of the work and delivery of the object to the customer, the warranty period for the work performed, usually not less than 12 months, comes into force. We provide engineering systems service at the request of the client from the very beginning of operation of the object. After the end of the warranty period, we also sign a post-warranty service agreement with the customer.

After-sales service agreement includes:

• standard position regarding the service object;
• a list of systems that require regular maintenance;
• cost of services and payment terms;
• frequency of technical inspection and maintenance of engineering networks;
• additional works that are not included in the basic service plan;
• responsibility, rights and obligations of the parties;
• agreement term and other conditions.
