Project concept:

A combination of high-tech styles and elements of ancient Chinese culture, based on the 5 main elements of nature: water, fire, wood, metal and earth.

Features of the project:

- office-museum

- a bright element of decor - a two-meter 500 kg titanium impeller of an aircraft turbine

- a 30 m long wall-mounted video projector is installed

- a "green" wall was created using hydroponics technology

- the office is decorated with decor elements in the form of mercury drops

The following work has been completed:

- general construction: preparation of base floors, installation of sound insulation, heat and waterproofing, installation of false floors with preparation based on epoxy compounds

- construction and installation: dismantling/installation of brick and drywall sheets partitions, floor covering, incl. with large-module tiles 1500х1000, installation of antistatic coatings, laying of carpet tiles, parquet flooring, cladding of walls and floors with natural stone, decoration of walls and door blocks with glass panels

- electrical installation: laying of cables, installation of lighting equipment, panels and input-distribution devices

- plumbing: laying water pipes, installation of pressure sewerage, installation of plumbing and heating devices, including convectors, radiators, electric underfloor heating

- design and installation of low-current systems: SCN, ACS, Smart Office, security and fire alarms, incl. fire extinguishing and fire alarm system, installation of climate control system

- design and installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems
