Style: Modern Ar-Deco

Concept: creating a comfortable stylish space for a young family.

Project Features:

- An individual design project was developed

- Application of a unique lighting system.

- Additionally the project of engineering networks, including ventilation and air-conditioning system, security and fire alarm systems and smart home system were developed

- Exclusive finishing materials from Italy, Spain, France were used.

The following works were performed:

- works on the preparation of the bases of the floors: the device of floor screed, self-leveling screeds, the device of heat and cladding waterproofing

- complete soundproofing of the walls of the premises, soundproofing of the floors is made using extruded polystyrene foam.

- leveling and plastering of walls and ceilings

- laying of Italian parquet flooring

- decorative finishing of walls and ceilings, with design elements

- laying of marble slabs

- electrical works: cable laying, installation of lighting equipment, installation of switchboards and input-distributing devices

- plumbing work: installation of heating devices - convectors, radiators, warm floors, including under parquet flooring

- installation of low-current systems: SCS, ACS, fire alarm system, including fire extinguishing system, fire notification, installation of dispatching system of fan coils
