Style: Classic with neo-baroque elements

Project Concept:

Modern luxury. We used exclusive materials from leading Italian and German manufacturers, Swarovski crystals and designer lighting fixtures. The result of our work was a comfortable, cozy house, created from natural materials with great attention to detail.

Project Features:

- Developed a customized design project

- We realized connection of 3-phase power supply instead of 1-phase, with power increase up to 90 kW. Provided full support in obtaining technical specifications in the relevant authorities.

- A complex of engineering networks was designed, including ventilation and air conditioning system, security and fire alarm systems and smart home system.

- Exclusive finishing materials were used

The following works were performed:

- works on preparation of floor bases: floor screed, self-leveling screeds, heat and cladding waterproofing device

- complete soundproofing of the walls of the premises with cork agglomerate, soundproofing of the floors with extruded polystyrene foam.

- leveling and plastering of walls and ceilings

- laying of Italian parquet flooring

- decorative finishing of walls and ceilings with design elements in neo-baroque style

- laying of 10*10 tiles in bathrooms with inlaid decor elements

- Italian wallpaper

- filling of window and door openings: installation of a window system of a complex configuration was performed

- electrical installation works: cable laying, installation of lighting equipment, installation of switchboards and input-distributing devices

- plumbing works: installation of heating devices - convectors, radiators, warm floors, including under parquet flooring

- installation of low-current systems: SCS, ACS, fire alarm system, including fire extinguishing system, fire notification, installation of dispatching system of fan coils
