Project concept:

Combining high-tech styles and elements of ancient Chinese culture based on the 5 basic elements of nature: water, fire, wood, metal and earth.

Project features:

- office-museum

- a bright decorative element - a two-meter high 500 kg titanium airplane turbine impeller

- a 30-meter long wall-mounted video projector is installed

- a "green" wall was created using hydroponics technology

- the office is decorated with decor elements in the form of mercury drops.

The following works were performed:

- general construction: preparation of floor bases, soundproofing, heat and waterproofing, installation of false floors with preparation of bases with epoxy compositions

- construction and installation: dismantling/assembling of brick and GKL partitions, flooring, including large-module tiles 1500*1000, anti-static coating, laying carpet tiles, parquet flooring, facing walls and floors with natural stone, finishing walls and door units with glass panels.

- electrical installation: cable laying, installation of lighting equipment, switchboards and input-distributing devices.

- plumbing: laying of water pipelines, installation of pressure sewerage, installation of plumbing and heating devices, including convectors, radiators, electric floor heating systems

- design and installation of low-current systems: SCS, ACS, Smart Office, security and fire alarm systems, including fire extinguishing and fire warning systems, installation of climate control system.
