Project concept:

Incarnation of the design project of the head office of the Ukrainian IT company MacPaw.

Design idea: Microchip as the basis of IT-technologies. Thanks to competent zoning it was possible to create a comfortable atmosphere for work and rest.

Project features:

- 45 m² of electrochromatic glass partitions were installed

- Extensive use of marker and magnetic paints

- Manufacture of individual elements of decor and furniture

- Lighting, climate control, sound system and many other systems inside the office can be controlled from an iPhone or iPad.

- A relaxing terrace with a golf course and a fountain has been created.

- Carefully selected finishing materials allowed to achieve a highly functional, wear-resistant and ergonomic office.

The following works were performed:

- general construction: grinding and dedusting of concrete slabs, walls, dismantling of existing brick partitions, floor screeding, self-levelling screeding, heat and waterproofing, installation of communications (heating, electricity, water supply and sewerage systems), raised floor construction

- construction and assembly: installation of plasterboard partitions, brick partitions, smart glass partitions, manufacture and installation of all-glass partitions.

- flooring: laying of carpeting, ceramic tiles, laying of antistatic coatings in special-purpose rooms.

- installation of seamless Gumibo rubber flooring, artificial grass on the terrace, laying of terrace boards.

- wall finishing: painting, decorative finishing of high level of complexity

- filling doorways

- installation of outdoor sunshades on the terrace

- electrical installation works: cable laying, installation of lighting equipment, installation of lighting fixtures, installation of switchboards and input-distributing devices.

- plumbing works: laying of water supply, sewerage, including installation of pressure sewerage.

- installation of heating devices: convectors, radiators, warm floors (water and electric)

- installation of plumbing equipment

- installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems

- installation of low-current systems: SCS, ACS, smart office, security alarm system, fire alarm system including fire extinguishing system, fire alarm notification, installation of engineering systems dispatching system.
