Project concept:

Modern luxury. Exclusive materials from leading Italian and German manufacturers, Swarovski crystals and designer lighting devices were used in the work. The result of our work was a comfortable, cozy house, created from natural materials with great attention to detail.

Features of the project:

- An individual design project has been developed

- Implemented a 3-phase power supply connection instead of a 1-phase one, with an increase in power to 90 kW. We provided full support in obtaining technical conditions in the relevant authorities

- A complex of engineering networks was designed, including a ventilation and air conditioning system, a security and fire alarm system, and a smart home system

- Exclusive finishing materials were used

The following work has been completed:

- work on preparing the base of the floors: installation of floor screeds, self-levelling screeds, installation of heat and fused waterproofing

- complete soundproofing of the walls of the premises with cork agglomerate, soundproofing of the floors was performed using extruded polystyrene foam

- levelling and plastering of walls and ceilings

- laying of Italian parquet boards

- decorative finishing of walls and ceilings, with designer elements in the neo-baroque style

- laying 10x10 tiles in bathrooms with inlaid decorative elements

- pasting of Italian wallpaper

- filling of window and door openings: work was performed on installation of a window system of complex configuration

- electrical installation work: laying cables, installation of lighting equipment, installation of panels and input-distribution devices

- plumbing work: installation of heating devices - convectors, radiators, heated floors, including under the parquet board

- installation of low-current systems: SCN, ACS, fire alarm, including a fire extinguishing system, fire alarm, installation of a fan coil dispatching system
