Project concept:

A cottage with all the facilities for SPA relaxation in a pine forest near the capital.

Mission: to create a comfortable place where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The construction of the cottage was carried out by us from scratch, a 25-meter pool, jacuzzi, an additional heated pool for children, 5 saunas and a hammam were built.

Materials produced in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands were used for finishing, Italian and German lighting fixtures, European furniture and sanitary ware were also installed. The result was a cozy cottage away from the city, completely autonomous and convenient for living and relaxing.

Features of the project:

- A 215 m³ swimming pool was designed and built in a complex geological area

- An individual fully automated gas boiler room was designed

- Only environmentally friendly materials were used

- The project was completed in accordance with the BREEAM standard

The following work has been completed:

- slope strengthening, foundation pouring

- construction of reinforced concrete walls and partitions

- preparation of the floor screed: installation of floor screeds, self-levelling screeds, installation of heat and waterproofing

- alignment and plastering of walls and ceilings

- laying of Italian parquet, designer tiles

- wall painting

- filling of window and door openings: installation of sliding stained glass system completed

- electrical installation work: cable laying, installation of lighting equipment (designer long lamps), installation of panels and input-distribution devices

- plumbing work: installation of heating devices: convectors, radiators, heated floors

- installation of utility networks: a 90-kW gas boiler house was designed and installed

- installation of low-current systems: SCN, ACS, fire alarm, incl. fire extinguishing systemотушения
