Features of the project:

From the side of construction:

- application of the latest technologies for pile foundations for modular houses – 300 m²;

- construction of multi-storey biomorphic forms on reinforced concrete foundations – more than 6 000 m²;

- construction one of the largest outdoor vision pools in Eastern Europe on a 4-meter “floating” console using chlorine-free cleaning technology – 850 m³;

- laying the only unique fluorescent tracks in Europe based on BASF Elastopave coating with Emerald Yellow Ultra grade glow stone – 5000 l.m.

From the side of engineering:

Smart engineering: implementation of technologies for smart monitoring and control of all complex systems based on Siemens Desigo CC, Siemens WinCC, Siemens PXC, Siemens Synco KNX automation, namely:

- monitoring and management of the heating system, active/passive cooling;

- monitoring and management of the boiler room;

- monitoring and management of cooling and heating lines;

- monitoring and management of cleaning of filtration systems;

- monitoring and management of wells;

- monitoring of temperature conditions and moisture conditions of all premises;

- monitoring the work of NIBE heat pumps and Wilo pumps, etc.

- integrated user interface based on Crestron

- developed a security interface based on SATEL, AJAX, Siemens Cerberos

- a room management system based on SALTO has been developed

The following types of construction work were carried out at the facility:

- Engineering and geological surveys

- Topographic survey

- Soilworks: soil planning and development, soil tamping, soil compaction with crushed stone, pit digging, laying/backfilling of trenches, laying of cables, Rehau pipelines

- Foundation and monolithic works: formwork work, installation of a reinforced concrete foundation slab, walls erection/concreting, columns and overlapping curvilinear forms of two three-story buildings, construction of the structure of the retaining wall, work on the construction of the outdoor infinity pool bowl structure with a volume of 850 m³, construction of a boathouse

Road works:

construction of pedestrian paths covered with Elastopave polyurethane coating with glowing stone Emerald Yellow Ultra grade, construction of passenger vehicles paths using BASF technology.
