Project concept:

The K3 office for the fast-growing Ukrainian IT company MacPaw is an organic continuation and expansion of the K2 project. As a result of the work we performed, a freer layout of working spaces, fresh, technological and bright elements of work and visual zoning appeared.

Features of the project:

- Exclusive solutions and high-quality wear-resistant materials have been used in the project

- An integrated complex of engineering networks has been designed, including power supply, heating, ventilation and smart-office systems

- Several functional meeting rooms with electrochromatic glass partitions, marker and magnetic walls, and 80-inch LED panels

- Own fitness centre of professional level was created, as well as a room-studio for parties

- Wide use of decorative materials Armourcoat and Oddicini

The following work has been completed:

- general construction: grinding and dedusting of concrete floors, walls, coating with water-emulsion compounds, soundproofing of premises

- construction and installation: dismantling of existing brick partitions, installation of plasterboard partitions, brick partitions, production and installation of curvilinear glass partitions

- flooring installation: laying hexagonal carpet tiles, ceramic tiles, antistatic coatings in special-purpose rooms

- decorative wall finishing, preparation and finishing of walls for painting, painting walls

- manufacturing and installation of individual wooden products

- electrical installation work: laying cables, installing lighting equipment, installing long designer lighting fixtures, installing floor hatches, installing switchboards and input distribution devices

- plumbing works: laying of water pipes, sewage and heating, incl. installation of pressure sewerage

- installation of heating devices: convectors, radiators, underfloor heating (water and electric)

- installation of plumbing equipment

- installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems

- installation of low-current systems: SCN, ACS, smart office, security alarm system, fire alarm system, incl. fire extinguishing system, fire notification, installation of the dispatching system
