Project concept:

Implementation of the design project of the head office of the Ukrainian IT company MacPaw.

Design idea: Microchip as the basis of IT technology. Thanks to smart zoning, it was possible to create a comfortable atmosphere for work and rest.

Features of the project:

- 45 m² of electrochromatic glass partitions have been installed

- Wide use of marker and magnetic paints

- Production of individual elements of decor and furniture

- Lighting, climate control, sound system, as well as many other systems inside the office can be controlled from an iPhone or iPad

- A relax terrace with a golf course and a fountain was created

- Carefully selected finishing materials made it possible to achieve high functionality, wear resistance and ergonomics of the office

The following work has been completed:

- general construction: grinding and dedusting of concrete floors, walls, dismantling of existing brick partitions, installation of floor screeds, installation of self-levelling screeds, installation of heat and waterproofing, installation of communications (heating, electricity, water supply and sewage systems), raised floors installation

- construction and installation: plasterboard partitions, brick partitions, smart glass partitions, production and installation of all-glass partitions

- installation of floor coverings: laying carpet, ceramic tiles, laying antistatic coverings in special-purpose premises

- installation on the Terrace of a seamless Gumibo rubber coating, artificial grass, laying of a terrace board

- wall finishing: painting, decorative finishing of high complexity

- filling of doorways

- installation of outdoor sun protection awnings on the Terrace

- electrical installation work: laying cables, installation of lighting equipment, installation of lighting fixtures, installation of panels and input-distribution devices

- plumbing works: laying of water pipes, sewage, incl. installation of pressure sewerage

- installation of heating devices: convectors, radiators, underfloor heating (water and electric)

- installation of plumbing equipment

- installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems

- installation of low-current systems: SCN, ACS, smart office, security alarm system, fire alarm system, incl. fire extinguishing system, fire notification, installation of the dispatching system of engineering systems
