Project concept:

Comfortable, bright and stylish space for clients and employees of the bank. The project was developed by BILDEX's in-house design department, with great attention to ergonomics and requirements for banking institutions. High-quality materials were used. Smart zoning made it possible to separate the back office, general-purpose areas and the client area.

Features of the project:

- All city utilities are redesigned and re-routed

- The object has the status of an architectural monument; accordingly, all repair and restoration were carried out while preserving the authenticity of the building facades

- The halls of the bank are lined with individually manufactured Italian Breccia Sardo marble, the walls are finished with an exclusive decorative coating Oikos Marmorino Natural

The following work has been completed:

- An individual design project has been developed

- Preparation of floor bases: floor screed, self-levelling screed, thermal and waterproofing works

- Levelling of walls and ceilings

- Laying large-module marble tiles, finishing walls and columns with marble

- Walls painting

- Window system installation work

- Complete restoration of facades

- Electrical installation: laying of cables, installation of lighting equipment (designer long-length lamps), installation of switchboards and input-distribution devices

- Plumbing work: installation of heating devices: convectors, radiators, underfloor heating

- Installation of low-current systems: SCN, ACS, fire and security alarms, incl. fire extinguishing system, fire alarm system
