Project concept:

A comfortable space for customers and bank employees, bright and stylish. The project was developed by BILDEX Design's in-house design department, with great attention to ergonomics and requirements for banking institutions. High quality materials were used. Competent zoning allowed to separate the back office, general purpose rooms and client area.

Project features:

- All city utilities are redesigned and re-laid

- The object has the status of Architectural Monument, accordingly all repair and restoration works were carried out with preservation of the authenticity of the building facades.

- The halls of the bank are faced with Italian Breccia Sardo marble, the walls are finished with exclusive decorative coating Oikos Marmorino Natural.

The following works were performed:

- An individual design project was developed

- Preparation of floor bases: floor screed, self-leveling screed, heat and waterproofing.

- Leveling of walls and ceilings

- Laying of large-module marble tiles, finishing of walls and columns with marble

- Painting of walls

- Installation of the window system

- Complete restoration of facades

- Electrical installation works: cable laying, installation of lighting equipment (designer long-lighting fixtures), installation of switchboards and input-distributing devices

- Plumbing works: installation of heating devices: convectors, radiators, warm floors.

- Installation of low-current systems: SCS, ACS, fire and security alarm systems, including fire extinguishing and fire warning systems.
