Project concept:

Our design bureau developed the project focusing on ergonomics and requirements for bank premises. The result is the bright and stylish bank space comfortable  for both staff and customers. The premium quality materials were used in construction. The proper zoning divides back office, general purpose space and customer space.

Design features:

 - Design of all city utilities was changed.

 - The object has the status of Architectural heritage. Thus, all repair and reconstruction activities were done preserving the building facade

 - The bank lobby was coated with the Italian design-specific marble Breccia Sardo sand the walls have the exclusive decorative coating Oikos Marmorino Natural

Provided services:

 - Custom-designed project

 - preparation of floor underlay: laying the floor screed, self-leveling underlayment, installation of heat insulation and torch-welded waterproofing

 - leveling the walls and ceiling

 - laying coarse-grain marble tiles, finishing the walls and column with marble

 - wall painting

 - installation of the window system

 - complete reconstruction of facade

 - electrical installation works: wiring, installation of lighting equipment (designer long luminaires), electric cabinets and input distribution devices;

 - plumbing activities: installation of heaters: convectors, radiators, heated floors;

 - installation of low current systems: access control system, burglar and fire alarm including fire alarm and extinguishing systems
