Style: Modern with the ancient Chinese elements

Project concept:

We mixed the high-tech style and the ancient Chinese culture features based on 5 main natural elements: water, fire, wood, metal, and ground.

Design features:

 - office-museum;

 - focusing decorative element - two-meter plane turbine impeller of  500 kg weight;

 - 1000 m2 of curved all-glass dividing walls installed;

 - 500 curved long LED-luminaires installed;

 - wall-mounted 30-meter video projector;

 - “green” wall designed on hydroponics technology;

 - mercury pellet-type decorative elements of the office.

Provided services:

 - general construction works: preparation of floor underlay; acoustic isolation; heat isolation; water isolation; raised flooring and epoxy coating of surface;

 - construction and installation works: dismantling/mounting of brick and gypsum board partitions,tile flooring, particularly coarse-grain tiles 1500*1000, antistatic coating, carpet flooring, parquet flooring, natural stone surfacing of wall and floor, glass panel covering of walls and doors;

 - electrical installation works: wiring, installation of lighting equipment, electric cabinet and input distribution devices;

 - plumbing activities: installation of water pipes, force main sewerage, sanitary ware, heating appliances, including convectors, heating units, electrically heated floor;

 - design and installation of low current systems: access control system, Smart Office system, burglar and fire alarm, including fire alarm and extinguishing systems, installation of climate control systems.

 - design and installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
