Project concept:

Execution of design project for the main office of the Ukrainian IT company MacPaw in the Toronto business center, Kyiv. The interior design was based on a microchip as a keystone of IT-technology. Thanks to the effective zoning the comfortable atmosphere for both work and rest was created.

Design features:

 - 45 m2 of switchable glass partitions installed

 - Extensive application of marker and magnetic paints

 - Manufacturing of design-specific decorative elements and pieces of furniture

 - Illumination, climate control system, sound system, and many other office systems can be controlled from iPhone or iPad

 - Construction of relax terrace with the golf field and fountain

 - The highly selected finishing materials ensure functionality, wear resistance and ergonomics of the office space

Provided services:

 - grinding and dedusting of concrete ceiling

 - grinding and dedusting of walls;

 - dismantling of existing brick partitions;

 - mounting of gypsum board partitions, brick partitions, smart glass partitions, manufacturing and installation of all-glass  partitions;

 - preparation of floor underlay: laying the floor cement screed, self-leveling underlayment, installation of heat insulation and torch-welded waterproofing, installation of utilities (heating system, power supply, water supply, and sewerage), false floors;

 - installation of flooring: acoustic isolation; carpet flooring, ceramic tiling, anti-static flooring in the specific purpose rooms, seamless rubber Gumibo floor finishing, installation of artificial grass spots, terrace decking;

 - wall surface coating: painting, complex ornamental finishing;

 - door assembly;

 - installation of the outdoor sun-protective tent;

 - electrical installation works: wiring, installation of lighting equipment and devices, electric cabinets and input distribution devices;

 - plumbing activities: installation of water pipes, sewerage including force main sewerage,

 - installation of heaters: convectors, radiators, heated floors (water and electrical);

 - installation of plumbing equipment;

 - installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems;

 - installation of low current systems: access control system, Smart Office system, fire alarm, including fire alarm and extinguishing systems, installation of systems dispatching the engineering systems.
