Project concept:

K3 office design of growing company MacPaw is an extension of K2 project.  The office design is enriched with the working space free layout, fresh, technological and bright elements of working and visual zoning.

Design features:

 - The project was performed with the exclusive solutions and quality resistant materials

 - Integrated utility system was designed including power supply system, heating, air ventilation and smart office

 - Several functional conference rooms with electrochromic glass partitions, marker and magnetic walls and 80 inches LED-panels

 - Construction of company-owned professional fitness center and studio for parties

 - Extensive application of decorative materials Armourcoat and Oddicini

Provided services:

 - grinding and dedusting of concrete ceiling, walls, floors, utilities, water-emulsion coating;

 - dismantling of existing brick partitions;

 - mounting of gypsum board partitions, brick partitions, manufacturing and installation of curve glass partitions;

 - preparation of floor underlay;

 - acoustic insulation of rooms;

 - installation of flooring: installation of hexagonal carpet tile, ceramic tile, anti static flooring in the specific purpose rooms;

 - ornamental finishing of walls;

 - preparation and  finishing of walls for painting, painting of walls;

 - manufacturing and installation of design-specific wooden items;

 - electrical installation works: wiring, installation of lighting equipment, installation of long designer lighting devices, installation of floor mounted hatches, installation of electric cabinets and input distribution devices;

 - plumbing activities: installation of water pipes, sewerage and heating including force main sewerage.

 - installation of heaters: convectors, radiators, heated floors (water and electrical)
