Project Concept:

K3 office for fast-growing Ukrainian IT company MacPaw is an organic continuation and extension of the K2 project. As a result of our work, there is a freer layout of working spaces, fresh, technological and bright elements of working and visual zoning.

Project features:

- Exclusive solutions and quality wear-resistant materials were used in the project

- An integrated complex of engineering networks including power supply, heating, ventilation and smart-office systems has been designed.

- Several functional meeting rooms with electrochromatic glass partitions, marker and magnetic walls, and 80-inch LED-panels.

- Created an in-house professional-grade fitness center as well as a party studio room

- Extensive use of Armourcoat and Oddicini decorative materials

The following work was performed:

- general construction: grinding and dedusting of concrete slabs, walls, floors, coating with water emulsion compositions, soundproofing of rooms

- construction and installation: dismantling of existing brick partitions, installation of gypsum cardboard partitions, brick partitions, manufacturing and installation of curved glass partitions.

- arrangement of flooring: laying of hexagonal carpet tiles, ceramic tiles, antistatic coatings in special-purpose rooms

- decorative finishing of walls, preparation and finishing of walls for painting, painting of walls

- manufacturing and installation of individual wood products

- electrical works: cable laying, installation of lighting equipment, installation of long designer lighting fixtures, installation of floor hatches, installation of switchboards and input distribution devices

- plumbing works: laying of water supply, sewerage and heating, including installation of pressure sewerage.

- installation of heating devices: convectors, radiators, warm floors (water and electric)

- installation of sanitary equipment

- installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems

- installation of low-current systems: SCS, ACS, smart office, security alarm system, fire alarm system, including fire extinguishing system, fire alarm notification, installation of dispatching system.
