Project concept:

This project is the villa for SPA-relax located in the pine forest on the outskirts of Kyiv.  The goal was to create a comfortable space to hide from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The villa was built “from greenfield”. Also the tennis court, 25-meter swimming pool, jacuzzi, additional heated swimming pool for children and 5 sauna baths were constructed.  The finishing materials of German, Austrian and Netherlandish manufacturers were used. In addition, the Italian and German lighting devices, European furniture and sanitary ware were installed. The result is a cozy, freestanding and comfortable villa away from the noisy city.

Design features:

 - The 215 m3 swimming pool was constructed in the place with complex geology

 - The individual automated gas boiler house was designed

 - Only ecologically safe materials were used

 - The project meets the BREEAM standard

Provided services:

 - strengthening the slope, casting foundation;

 - erecting concrete walls and partitions;

 - preparation of floor underlay: laying the floor screed, self-leveling underlayment, installation of heat insulation and torch-welded waterproofing;

 - leveling and plastering the walls and ceiling;

 - laying Italian parquet, designer tiles

 - wall painting;

 - window and door assembly: installation of the sliding stained-glass windows;

 - electrical installation works: wiring, installation of lighting equipment (designer long luminaires), electric cabinets and input distribution devices;

 - plumbing activities: installation of heaters: convectors, radiators, heated floors;

 - installation of utility systems; design and installation of 90 kW gas boiler house

 - installation of low current systems: access control system, fire alarm including fire alarm and extinguishing systems.
