Project concept:

The premium Italian and German materials, Swarovski crystals and designer lighting equipment were used. The result - a comfortable and cozy house made of the natural materials with focus on details.

Design features:

 - Custom designed project

 - Three-phase power supply connection instead of one-phase power supply uprating to 90 kW. Comprehensive support in obtaining Terms of Reference from the related authorities.

 - Design of utility systems, including air ventilation and conditioning systems, burglar and fire alarm and smart-home system.

 - Application of exclusive finishing materials.

Provided services:

 - preparation of floor underlay: laying the floor cement screed, self-leveling underlayment, installation of heat insulation and torch-welded waterproofing

 - soundproofing the walls with the cork agglomerator and floors with extruded polystyrene foam

 - leveling and plastering the walls and ceiling

 - laying  the Italian parquet floor

 - ornamental finishing of walls and ceilings with the designer neo-baroque elements

 - 10*10 tile flooring in the WC-and-bathroom units with the decorative elements

 - wallpapering (Italian wallpapers)

 - window and door assembly: installation of the complex window system

 - electrical installation works: wiring, installation of lighting equipment, electric cabinets and input distribution devices;

 - plumbing activities: installation of heating appliances - convectors, heating units, heated floor, including under the parquet;

 - installation of low current systems: access control system, fire alarm system, including extinguishing systems, installation of dispatching fan coil systems
