Project concept:
Task: to create a comfortable living space for a young family and to implement the most high-tech modern home management systems.
Style of work: exclusivity and premium level. Style elements are taken from Art Deco. Only top manufacturers of natural stone, tiles, parquet and other finishing materials were used.
Result: Premium level apartments in the centre of the capital.

Project concept:
Modern luxury. Only exclusive materials from leading Italian and German manufacturers were used in this project.
The result: a comfortable, cozy apartment, using eco-friendly materials of luxury level. With bright accents and great attention to detail.
In addition, the engineering systems, including a ventilation and air conditioning system, security and fire alarms, and a smart home system were carefully designed.
