Project concept:
The K3 office for the fast-growing Ukrainian IT company MacPaw is an organic continuation and expansion of the K2 project.
As a result of the work we performed, a freer layout of working spaces, fresh, technological and bright elements of work and visual zoning appeared.

A countryside recreation centre with a unique concept of smart integration of architectural objects into the surrounding natural landscape
Project concept:
From a construction perspective: construction of multi-storey buildings of complex biomorphic shapes on reinforced concrete foundations; application of the latest technologies for pile foundations for modular houses; construction of one of the largest open vision pools in Eastern Europe; laying unique fluorescent paths based on Elastopave coating with glowing stones using BASF technology.
From an engineering perspective: introduction of the latest technologies for managing the complex's systems, based on Siemens Desigo CC automation
