Project concept:

SPA cottage with all possibilities for relaxation near the capital.

Task: to create a comfortable place where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We have built the cottage from scratch.

Built: cottage – 800 m², SPA complex: 25-meter swimming pool, 5 Jacuzzis, additional heated pool for children, 5 saunas and hammam, tennis court.

Project concept:

Task: to create a comfortable living space for a young family and to implement the most high-tech modern home management systems.

Style of work: exclusivity and premium level. Style elements are taken from Art Deco. Only top manufacturers of natural stone, tiles, parquet and other finishing materials were used.

Result: Premium level apartments in the centre of the capital.
